Second Presidential Debate has been Officially Canceled

WASHINGTON DC – In a press release this afternoon, the Commission on Presidential debates confirmed that the second Presidential Debate, which was original to be held in Miami, then virtually, October 15th, was no longer going to take place.

With this debate now off the table, the CPD is now focusing on making sure that everything is order for a safe and productive final debate, currently scheduled to take place at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee on October 22nd. As of now, both campaigns have agreed to attend that debate.

Kristen Welker or NBC News will serve as the moderator for that debate, which will be divided into six 15-minute segments.

PP Staff will live-stream the debate.
