BREAKING: PA Judge orders segregated votes should be thrown out, citing PA Sec of State’s “Lack of Statutory Authority” to Override Election Law

PHILIDELPHIA – President Trump’s Campaign scored a win Thursday as State Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt granted a special injunction, ruling that segregated ballots, that had failed to be cured by November 9th due to valid ID must be removed from the count.

Her reasoning for the ruling was that PA Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar “Lacked Statutory Authority” to change state law that requires that all ballots be “cured” within 6 days of the election, being November 9th this election cycle.

Stay tuned for more information about this ruling and it’s effect on the vote count in PA.
